A straightforward full bathroom usually runs about 2–4 weeks on site once demolition starts; a large master bath or one with layout changes and custom tile can take longer. You'll have a schedule before we begin.
Yes. When your project needs permits — usually for plumbing, electrical or moving walls — we pull them and coordinate the inspections as part of the job.
In most homes with a second bathroom, yes. We seal off the work area, keep the site clean, and protect the paths you still use. If it's your only bathroom, we'll plan the phasing with you up front.
We waterproof every wet area properly behind the tile, install a correctly sized exhaust fan, and use moisture-resistant materials — the parts of the job you don't see are what keep a bathroom dry for years.
Absolutely. Curbless showers, grab bars, comfort-height fixtures and slip-resistant flooring can all be built in — just tell us what you need and we'll design around it.
We work to a fixed estimate. If you request a change once we've started, we price it, get your written approval, and only then proceed — so there are no surprises on the final bill.
