Design-build renovations that raise value and livability
Whether you're prepping to sell, customizing a home to fit your life, or turning a fixer-upper into something special, a whole-house remodel raises both your home's value and how it feels to live in. We plan and build the entire project as one coordinated job.
Piecemeal renovations — a contractor here, a handyman there — is how budgets blow up and details fall through the cracks. A whole-house remodel works best when one team owns the design, the schedule and every trade.
We handle it end to end: layout and 3D design, permits, and every trade from framing and plumbing to floors, paint and finish carpentry. Because we take on a limited number of projects at once, we stay involved in each one — so the finished home is cohesive, on plan, and built to last.
A whole-house remodel pulls together every part of our work under one plan. Here's what a full renovation typically covers.
A coordinated remodel of the entire home — one design, one schedule, one team owning every trade from start to finish.
Removing walls, reworking flow and opening up dated floor plans to fit how your household actually lives.
Strategic updates that raise resale value, or a top-to-bottom rebuild of a fixer-upper into a home you love.
The rooms that drive value — designed and built as part of the whole, so finishes and style stay consistent throughout.
Flooring, whole-home paint, trim and finish details tied together for one cohesive, polished result.
We pull permits, coordinate inspections and manage every trade and delivery so you have a single point of contact.
Whole-house cost depends heavily on size, how much you change, and finish level. These ranges are a realistic Seattle starting point; you'll always get a fixed-price written estimate first.
Pricing depends on the scope of work and your home's square footage. A larger home, or a remodel that touches more of it, moves the number up — so treat the figures below as broad starting points, not quotes.

Outstanding service at a very fair price. Plus, they're fast! Highly recommend and I look forward to working with them in the future. They remodeled 3 of our bathrooms in record time, as well as all of our trim and baseboards + painted the entire house. They're a one-stop shop for all things home renovation.

It depends on size and scope — a cosmetic refresh can be a few weeks, while a full remodel with structural changes often runs several months. You'll get a phased schedule before we begin.
Sometimes, with phasing — we seal off active areas and keep parts of the home usable. For larger, whole-home projects many clients move out for part of the work; we'll plan it around you.
We provide design and 3D renderings in-house for most remodels. For major structural work we coordinate with the right engineer or architect and manage it as part of the project.
Yes. Permits and inspections are part of the job — we handle the paperwork and coordinate with Seattle DCI and local jurisdictions.
A well-planned whole-house remodel typically improves both resale value and daily livability. We can prioritize the work that gives the best return if you're planning to sell.
One team owning every trade avoids the overlap and surprises of piecemeal work. You get a fixed-price scope up front, and any mid-project change is priced and approved before we proceed.
