Most remodels are quoted as a fixed price for the agreed scope, so you know the cost up front. Small handyman jobs are usually priced by the half-day or day. Either way, you approve the number before we start.
We work to a fixed estimate, so the price doesn't drift on its own. If you request a change or we uncover a hidden issue, we price it, explain it, and get your written approval before doing the work.
Yes — professional 3D renderings are included on our design-build remodels at no extra cost, so you can see the design before we build it.
Anywhere from a couple of weeks for a single room to several months for a whole-home remodel, depending on scope, permits and materials. You'll get a schedule before we begin and updates as we go.
In most cases, yes. We phase the work, seal off active areas, protect the spaces you're still using, and keep the site clean. For larger projects we'll talk through what works best for you.
Yes. When your project requires permits, we pull them and coordinate inspections with Seattle DCI and the relevant local jurisdiction as part of the job.
